• Cast Iron Condition: Cast iron pipes are subject to internal corrosion that may not be fully visible until work begins. We provide honest recommendations based on the pros and cons of each repair option.
• Warranties: We provide a warranty on most services ranging from 1 month to 1 year, depending on the specific type of service performed. Warranties are documented at the time of invoicing.

Under-Slab Access: Under-slab work may require access points that affect flooring. While we strive for "sensible solutions," we are not responsible for the replacement of specialty flooring or landscaping unless explicitly stated in the work contract.
